Refund

A few people have asked to see sample pages of the manuals before purchasing. I am not prepared to do that, however if you purchase a manual and then are not happy with it, I will refund your money. PayPal has a fantastic buyer protection program so you can confidently buy and be assured of receiving the manual and of a refund if necessary.

Also please note that I am not on the computer every day so you probably won't get an immediate response. I will aim to respond to purchases within 48hrs, usually much sooner.
